A $500 refundable deposit is required to join the Waitlist. Once we are 30 days out from a guaranteed move-in date on a unit, the waitlist will have first right of refusal to the upcoming units.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to Pre-Lease a specific unit. We have an estimated move-in date, but cannot guarantee the move-in date until 30 days before move-in. Unit will be taken off the market.
Deposits for the waitlist or pre-leasing will go towards your move-in costs.
We cannot guarantee a move-in date on units that are under-construction. We are pretty confident in our estimated move-in dates, but due to the nature of construction and the slow process of Occupancy Certificates from the City we will not guarantee a move-in date until 30 days before.
No pets are preferred. Approved pets require an additional $500 refundable deposit per pet and $25/month per approved pet as pet rent.
Landlord takes care of Water, Sewer, & Trash. The tenant is responsible for electricity.
Your first month’s rent and deposits will be due before keys will be handed over.
Monthly Rent: Unit Rent + Parking Permit Fee (Optional) + Pet Rent (Optional)
Deposits: $1,500 Security Deposit + Pet Deposits (Optional)
To park in the community parking lots, the vehicle must display a Parking Permit in the window. One-bedroom units are allocated 1 Parking Permit and Two-bedroom units are allocated 2 Parking Permits. Parking Permits are optional and cost $25/month.
Street parking along Pine Knoll is available for guests. This is City Street parking, and no overnight parking is allowed during the Winter.
